The Coach is able to see a dashboard of average trends of EQ competencies of all of their clients as well as an individual client view where they can see the specific areas of strength and areas for improvement. The coach is able to track their client’s growth over time in order for them to help their client focus on specific areas of development.

EQ360 is our digital social and emotional learning (SEL) diagnostic assessment that targets the emotional, behavioral, and environmental context of a learner with the purpose of integrating several learning theories and frameworks. STRUT has developed one of the most accessible, comprehensive, and effective research-based assessments. Our goal is to assess students on their composite emotional intelligence (EQ) level while highlighting their areas of strength as well as areas for improvement.
