The Manager is able to see a dashboard of average trends of EQ competencies of their team members and highlight the areas of strength and areas of EQ that need additional extra coaching and training. The manager has the ability to view their team member’s performance over time and also compare one team member against another.

EQ360 is our digital social and emotional learning (SEL) diagnostic assessment that targets the emotional, behavioral, and environmental context of a learner with the purpose of integrating several learning theories and frameworks. STRUT has developed one of the most accessible, comprehensive, and effective research-based assessments.
