Individual Business team members are required to enter the team code assigned by their manager. To continue Get Team Code from your manager. 
The Business Individual License allows a user to register with a specific registered team. This registration gives permission to the user to give the team manager/leader to view this user’s results and compare them over time or against others on the team. This will give the manager a good understanding of their team’s strengths and helps them identify areas for growth.

EQ360 is our digital social and emotional learning (SEL) diagnostic assessment that targets the emotional, behavioral, and environmental context of a learner with the purpose of integrating several learning theories and frameworks. STRUT has developed one of the most accessible, comprehensive, and effective research-based assessments. Our goal is to assess students on their composite emotional intelligence (EQ) level while highlighting their areas of strength as well as areas for improvement.
