EQ360 is our digital social and emotional learning (SEL) diagnostic assessment that targets the emotional, behavioral, and environmental context of a learner with the purpose of integrating several learning theories and frameworks. STRUT has developed one of the most accessible, comprehensive, and effective research-based assessments. Our goal is to assess students on their composite emotional intelligence (EQ) level while highlighting their areas of strength as well as areas for improvement. This document describes EQ360’s current features, in addition to the future features being
developed.
This type of license is intended for individuals who want to use the EQ360 assessment for their own personal development or for individual coaching purposes within a business context. It is not intended for teams or groups within a business, as each individual would need their own license to access the tool.
The Business Individual License allows a user to register with a specific registered team. This registration gives permission to the user to give the team manager/leader to view this user’s results and compare it over time or against others on the team. This will give the manager a good understanding of their team’s strengths and helps them identify areas for growth.
