The EQ360 Business Executive License allows the user to establish a multi-team view of their department or company. The executive is able to see dashboards of the EQ competencies of each team that they manage and the scores of the members within each team. They have the ability to track both individual and team performance over time and view their areas of growth and areas of EQ that need additional development.

EQ360 is our digital social and emotional learning (SEL) diagnostic assessment that targets the emotional, behavioral, and environmental context of a learner with the purpose of integrating several learning theories and frameworks. STRUT has developed one of the most accessible, comprehensive, and effective research-based assessments. Our goal is to assess students on their composite emotional intelligence (EQ) level while highlighting their areas of strength as well as areas for improvement. This document describes EQ360’s current features, in addition to the future features being
developed.
