How does it work?
EQ360 scientifically evaluates your responses and your pattern of responses to represent your EQ levels over 18 sub-competencies. It also compares your results over time to help monitor growth.EQ360 involves information from 6 scientific and academic competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, Responsible Decision-Making, and Motivation. Each of these competencies involves 3 skill areas. EQ360 includes all 18 sub-competencies when evaluating your emotional intelligence.
